A company website and custom CMS built for a care property consultancy to showcase its services, property opportunities, and market expertise. The platform serves as both a marketing tool for potential clients and a content hub that can be managed internally by the team.
Objective
The company needed a website that could present its services and expertise in a way that feels professional, trustworthy, and easy to understand. At the same time, they wanted full control over their content, allowing the team to update property listings, resources, and website pages without relying on ongoing developer support.
Process
The project started by identifying the most important information visitors would be looking for. from available services and property opportunities to market insights and contact information. The website structure was then organized around these key areas to create a clear and straightforward browsing experience.. Alongside the website. a custom CMS was developed to streamline content management. Special attention was given to keeping the admin experience simple. ensuring the team could easily publish updates. manage listings. and maintain content as the business continues to grow.
Outcome
The final result is a website that communicates the company's expertise more effectively while making information easier to access for prospective clients. With the CMS in place, the team can manage content independently, reducing operational overhead and keeping the website consistently up to date.

The focus was on creating a structure that guides visitors naturally through the company's services, property opportunities, and industry knowledge. On the backend, the goal was equally important: building a CMS that feels simple enough for everyday use while remaining flexible enough to support future growth.
